As a Business Development Manager, he created modern solutions in CRM, billing, sales, and customer service, utilizing cloud technologies such as MS Azure, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and RPA. These solutions support the operations of energy companies, media distribution, and optimize consumption costs for customers. For over 10 years, he was responsible for the multimedia customer service area of the Arteria Group. He developed strategic projects in the Contact Center of Arteria S.A. and its subsidiaries, managing 11 locations in Poland with over 3,000 employees. In 2003, he implemented the largest customer service outsourcing project in Poland's power industry, which continues to this day. Since 2010, he has developed projects in telephone business consulting and internet marketing, supporting clients in 11 countries. He co-created chat and voice bots as well as CRM and billing solutions for the energy sector.
