Tomasz Mleczak is a Partner in the Deal Advisory team of the Grant Thornton. He specializes in projects related to the valuation of companies as well as financial consulting and analysis of the profitability of investment projects. He also advises companies which are looking for support, e.g. in the scope of development strategy or business plan preparation, financial modeling or cost and profitability analysis. He obtained his previous professional experience as corporate actions analyst at international investment fund Franklin Templeton Investments. He is in the course of obtaining an investment advisor license as part of a programme carried out by the CFA Institute and qualifications issued by CIMA Institute. An author of publications in specialist press and co-author of the book „Przyszłość mojej firmy”. He has been working with Grant Thornton since 2013.

In recent years, he has specialized in delivering of transaction support services for renewable energy projects and energy industry entities, including mainly financial modeling and valuation of large wind and photovoltaic farms. He has carried out projects for Energa, Enea, EGD, PGNiG, Veolia, Wind Service, Enefit Green.
