Marta Głód
Involved in renewable energy sector since 2007, she actively participated in the development of wind farms in Poland. Since 2017, she has been working on PV projects, overseeing the construction of the first photovoltaic farms. From 2019 to 2023, she led a team developing large-scale PV farms. Currently, as the Director of Project Development at OX2, she manages the Development department and is responsible for the development of a portfolio of wind, PV, and energy storage projects in Poland. Since 2020, she has been lecturing at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in the Renewable Energy for Business program.
She holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Agricultural University of Kraków, where she took her first steps in renewable energy through research on energy willow. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Marketing and Management from the Kozminski University in Warsaw, and a Certified Manager from the EY Business Academy.
