Marek Tobiacelli, works at the National Energy Conservation Agency S.A. as a senior expert in the Department of International Cooperation and Expertise. He supports the development of the market for Energy Performance Contracting projects and other activities related to elements of the Energy Transition. He participates in projects supporting the energy transition, subsidised by the EU LIFE programme, including FacilitatorEPC, REDI4HEAT, LOW2HIGH DH, Install.res.

He served as Director of the Energy Efficiency Division at Siemens for more than a dozen years. He led dozens of complex efficiency improvement projects using EPC/ESCO, PPP formulas, also with a hybrid financing arrangement.

Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Power and Aeronautics at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Materials Engineering of the MEiL Faculty. Certified business mentor.
