Maciej Sołtysik (PhD) - is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Częstochowa University of Technology, as well as the President of the Management Board of Węglokoks Energia sp. z o.o. and the President of the Management Board and co-founder of the Institute of Projects and Analysis Sp. z o.o. He has been associated with the power industry for 25 years. He gained his professional experience in Enion S.A., Everen Sp. z o.o. EdF group, TAURON Polska Energia S.A. and PSE Innowacje in expert and managerial positions. He managed many project works for local government authorities and companies, GZM, the Krakow Metropolis, energy companies and concerns. Member of the Energy Trading Society, the Polish Electricity Committee and the Association for the Energy Economy of Poland. Court expert in the field of power engineering and the electricity market. Author and co-author of several dozen scientific publications in the area of ​​the energy market.
