Maciej Grzesiewski is an expert in finance and strategic consulting with over a decade of experience in the energy industry. He holds the titles of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of activities, including financial management, investment analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Maciej gained experience in renowned companies such as Ernst & Young, Polenergia, and Eco Wind Construction. He was responsible for conducting complex financial transactions, including acquisitions and fundraising.

Currently, he is responsible for the area of capital investments in the ERBUD Group and works as the Director of M&A at ONDE, where he is responsible for advising on investment strategies
