Political scientist by education and a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia. Academic lecturer and member of the Council of Experts at WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza, as well as the Expert Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Member of the Polish Economic Society and the Convention of the University of Economics in Katowice.
Former director of the Office for State Protection and the Internal Security Agency, where he headed the regional offices of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) in Opole and Katowice. Co-founder of the National Criminal Law Centre, as well as co-creator and manager of entities specializing in economic consulting.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza and completed postgraduate studies in Internal Security at the University of Warsaw. From March 18 to November 4, 2024, he served as President of the Management Board of PGG S.A. Since November 2024, he has been the Vice-Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship (7th term).
