Leszek Holda is a manager specializing in comprehensive, strategic projects that strengthen the position of enterprises in the main segments of the business market. His business domains are energy, ICT, electromobility, technology development and marketing of B2B solutions. In October 2023, he joined Bechtel as President of Bechtel Polska. From 2016 to 2023, he was a member of the management board of PKP Energetyka (the fourth largest energy distributor in Poland), responsible for the following areas: traction energy and fuel sales, maintenance and construction of energy and railway infrastructure, R&D activities. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elester PKP, a company operating in the energy and railway automation sector. He was the deputy chairman of the Presidium of the Program Council of the Center for Railway Energy Efficiency – CEEK. He is the author of the concept of Green Railway in Poland (railway based on renewables)

From 2002 to 2016, he held the positions in the Orange Group – Director of Sales to Key and Corporate

Accounts and President of Integrated Solutions. Under his leadership, Integrated Solutions has grown

from a startup to a leading player in the IT market in five years. In 2009–2012, as the director of the

Orange UEFA Euro 2012 project, he was responsible for the technological side in Poland and for the

activation of marketing rights in 11 European countries.

He is an MBA graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and the Stanford

University Graduate School of Business. Previously, he graduated from the AGH University of Science

and Technology and the University of Economics in Krakow.
