Director of the District Heating Transformation Department at the National Energy Conservation Agency S.A., brings over 30 years of experience in the district heating industry. He has held positions at companies such as PEC Poznań, Dalkia, and later Veolia, serving as Director, Board Member, and President.
His accomplishments include the establishment and growth of companies in the energy services market, such as Dalkia Energy & Technical Services and Veolia Industry Polska.
Actively participating in international programs such as Elena, Thermos, Wedistrict, Low2High, and DHC SwEEtch, he contributes to the advancement of district heating.
As the Director of the ELENA Project, he leads a team in implementing modernization projects for district heating systems with funding from the European Investment Bank and NFOŚiGW.
He is responsible for developing strategic documents for cities, municipalities, regions, and enterprises, aimed at selecting the optimal path for sustainable development and achieving full climate neutrality.
