He worked as a member of the board, president of the board, director of energy trading, director of development in the following entities: Energetyka Cieplna Opolszczyzny S.A., Metrolog sp. z o.o. Member of Elevion Group, Dalkia Polska Solutions sp. z o.o.

He has implemented numerous projects in the area of M&A, strategy and development, investments, organization. At Dalkia Polska Energia S.A., he is involved in M&A projects, development, creation of new products, implementation of innovative solutions, energy efficiency management and process optimisation.
